Refunds & Exchanges
To be eligible for a refund or exchange, you must first email us at info@goband.co within 30 days of receiving your order and include pictures of the damaged items. Upon receipt, we will send out a replacement if available. If a replacement is not available, we will refund the full purchase price of your item(s) using the original method of payment. We are not able to accept returns at this time but this does not affect your right to a refund.

-If you regret about your order and want a full refund we can provide you with only if the product is closed in its original packaging and has not being used, first you need to contact us at info@goband.co up to 14 days from receiving the package.

-If you have used the product and you are not satisfied with it, you are eligible for a full refund up to 10 days from moment the product was Delivered.

*If the product meets the above conditions and you want to return and receive a full refund - Customers will be responsible for paying return shipping costs.

*If you are eligible for a refund in accordance with the above terms, We will provide you with a full / partial refund, according to the case.

Lost or Stolen Packages
GoBand is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, GoBand will confirm the delivery to the address provided, date of delivery, tracking information, and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.
